Plan maintenance access before installation

Rental LED display in Korea — 16 m × 3 m · P3.91

An LED display needs a place to operate and a practical route for service. Planning access alongside the visual design helps avoid choosing a screen arrangement that leaves technicians unable to reach the parts they need.

Record the space around the screen

Start with the proposed mounting surface and the space in front of, behind and around the display. Include walls, ceiling details, nearby equipment and routes that must remain open. Photographs or a simple drawing can make these constraints much clearer than dimensions alone.

Do not assume that a display described for one type of installation will suit every location. The selected series, cabinet configuration and mounting arrangement must be considered together.

Discuss service access explicitly

Ask how modules and other serviceable components are reached in the proposed configuration. Identify which operations require front access, rear access or access around the mounting structure. Confirm the practical working space with the installation team instead of relying on a generic clearance figure.

  • Identify any wall recess or enclosure around the screen.
  • Show the available access routes and any restricted areas.
  • Describe whether the display is permanently installed or assembled for events.
  • Confirm how the mounting structure and service arrangement work together.

Keep installation and operation in the same brief

Power, signal routing and the location of associated equipment should be discussed while the screen layout is being planned. Site-specific electrical and structural arrangements need confirmation by the people responsible for those works.

For a permanent installation, start with the outdoor or indoor range as appropriate. For event use, the rental display range is a separate starting point. Check the individual series rather than assuming the same arrangement across every product.

Keep the confirmed information with the order

The final brief should identify the product configuration, mounting arrangement, service access and agreed documentation. Keeping those details together gives the owner, installer and support team a shared reference after installation.

For an existing installation, include an order or invoice reference when available, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. The contact form includes a Technical support option. Review the warranty information alongside the terms supplied for your order.
