Can you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We work with regional and global brand partners and comply with signed non-disclosure agreements.
What information should I provide for a quick enquiry?
Tell us whether the display will be used indoors or outdoors, the approximate width and height, the minimum viewing distance, and the intended installation method — for example, wall-mounted, rooftop or pole-mounted.
What affects the cost of an LED display?
Pixel pitch, display size, refresh rate and installation method affect the overall cost. A finer pixel pitch, larger display and higher refresh specification generally increase the price. Share your project requirements for a configuration-specific quotation.
How long can an LED display operate?
LED chips are rated for up to 100,000 hours under standard operating conditions. End of life is commonly defined as the point at which front brightness falls to 50% of its initial level. Actual service life depends on configuration and operating conditions.
What screen sizes can you manufacture?
We support customised screen dimensions. Tell us the required width and height so we can propose a suitable cabinet arrangement.
Can I order a tailored display?
Yes. We support customised display sizes and a wide range of shapes.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. We welcome projects of different sizes.
How are the displays packed?
Standard packaging options include plywood boxes, flight cases and cartons. The appropriate packaging is selected for the product and shipping requirements.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the order quantity and configuration. Typical production time is 15–25 days after receipt of the deposit. Confirm the schedule with your quotation.
How long is the warranty?
Our standard warranty is two years. Extended coverage of up to five years may be available depending on the customer and project. The signed agreement defines the applicable warranty terms.
Do you provide international freight services?
Yes. We can arrange air and sea freight to destination cities or ports in most countries and regions.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T: 30% deposit and the remaining 70% paid before shipment.
