What to include in your LED display enquiry

Rental LED screen in France — 20 m × 10 m · P3.91

You do not need to have selected a product before starting an enquiry. A clear description of the project is more useful than a series name on its own. Share what you know, and identify the points that still need to be decided.

Start with the intended use

Explain what the screen will do and where it will be installed. An indoor presentation area, an outdoor advertising position, an event backdrop and a transparent installation have different constraints. Describe the intended audience and the main type of content.

If you already have a preferred range or series, include it. If you do not, choose Help me choose in the product-series field. The product catalogue groups the available series into outdoor, indoor, rental and transparent displays.

Provide dimensions and site conditions

  • Available display width and height, or the dimensions you are considering.
  • Indoor or outdoor location and the relevant lighting conditions.
  • Typical viewing positions and whether people will stop or move past the screen.
  • Mounting location, access restrictions and the space available for service.
  • Whether the screen will remain installed or be moved and assembled for events.

Photographs and a simple layout can help explain the location. If exact measurements are still pending, make that clear so that an early discussion is not mistaken for an approved installation specification.

Describe content and timing

State whether the display will show video, slides, live content, text or a combination. Include any known content-format requirements. Give the intended project schedule and distinguish a target date from a fixed event date.

Keep installation responsibilities clear. Confirm which parties will handle the mounting structure, electrical work, signal routing and on-site installation. These responsibilities should be agreed for the particular project.

For an existing order

Select Technical support and include the series, order or invoice number when available, and a concise description of the problem. Explain when the issue occurs and which part of the display is affected. Do not include passwords or other access credentials in a general enquiry.

Review before sending

Check that the email address is correct, the message explains the project and the selected series is accurate. You can leave the optional order reference blank for a new project. Use the contact form to send the brief and review the support pages for the available FAQ and warranty information.
